This beautifully-terraced B&B, a pent-house apartment in the heart of Rome, offers breath-taking views across the rooftops of the Eternal City to the splendid dome of St. Peter's Basilica.

In the nearest vicinity of the Vatican Museums, B&B Filomena e Francesca is just a hop to the ancient Borgo, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Via Ottaviano which offers a wide variety of shops, boutiques ,bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and discos.

The area is easily accessible by car and is serviced by excellent, frequent and very reasonable public transport in the form of subway Metro and surface buses.The Guest Rooms at B&B Filomena e Francesca (one Triple, one Double and one Twin which can become a Double on request) are bright , spacious, and air-conditioned, all with private ensuite bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies, the third has the consolation of a hydro-massage bathtub.

L'invidiabile posizione del B&B vi farà ammirare l'indimenticabile vista dall'alto di una delle più suggestive città del mondo; la sua collocazione vi consentirà di immergervi nell'atmosfera romana facendo shopping nei tanti negozi dei dintorni; la vicinanza della metropolitana vi permetterà di raggiungere in maniera rapida e agevole ogni altra zona della città . Arredate con cura raffinata e attenzione ai particolari, tutte le camere del B&B sono ampie e luminose, dotate di servizi privati e climatizzate; alcune delle stanze dispongono di balcone mentre una di esse è fornita di vasca idromassaggio. A vostro piacimento potrete inoltre intrattenervi nel luminoso soggiorno aperto agli ospiti del B&B dove, in un'atmosfera confortevole e ricercata insieme, potrete indugiare nella conversazione, programmare i vostri itinerari turistici o anche semplicemente guardare la televisione.

In questa stessa sala, nel periodo invernale, potrete gustare ogni mattina una ricca e varia colazione composta da Espresso, Cappuccino, Te, Succo di Frutta, Corn Flakes, Toast, Burro e Marmellata. Con la bella stagione la colazione vi verrà invece servita in esterno sulla balconata, da dove potrete ammirare la Cupola di San Pietro. Seguendo le tradizioni della conduzione familiare dell’attività , al nostro B&B si sono affiancate negli ultimi anni altre due strutture, gestite direttamente dalle nostre figlie Silvia e Francesca. Questo ci consente, nel rispetto delle regole del B&B, di poter dare ospitalità anche a gruppi numerosi di visitatori e poter fare affidamento su strutture altrettanto qualificate della nostra in caso di tutto esaurito o di prolungamento inaspettato del soggiorno dei nostri ospiti.
