The B&B Sunrise is found in a quiet and strategic position two steps from the Versilia, Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta, Torre del lago Puccini Marina di vecchiano and  5 minutes from the lake Massaciuccoli in the national Park of Migliarino-S.Rossore-Massaciuccoli and the exit Massarosa on the highway A/11-A/12.

The B&B Sunrise is in the residential country of Quiesa in Bicchio area.

It is 300 mt far away from SP Sarzanese wich connects Lucca to Viareggio.

We offer double room ensuite and a room with reduced bed use double or single with private bathroom outside the room.
Our strong point is the breakfast with typical products, bread butter and marmelade from Garfagnana, nutella, cake homemade, toast, eggs, fruit of juice, tea coffe milk and cappuccino.

To your disposition a minifridge with fresh water and a facilities to prepare tea or camomila all free.

The breakfast will be served in the garden or in a little room inside our house.

Private entrance to the rooms and car sets.
